Summary

In the world of the yakuza’s the notorious "The Demon of Sakuragi"—Tooru Kirishima- is a feared member of the Sakuragi yakuza. However, his violent nature almost jeopardizes the peace treaty among the yakuza. Resulting in Tooru taking care of the boss’s seven-year-old daughter Yaeka Sakuragi. Will Tooru be able to keep his violent nature from harming the boss’s daughter? How will Tooru care for the young lady?

If you enjoyed the animes School Babysitters or My Roommate is a Cat, then you’ll enjoy this anime. This is a sweet and heartfelt slice of life anime. This anime focuses on Tooru and Yaeka who form a sweet bond. We watch as Tooru cares for Yaeka to the best of his ability and how Yaeka impacts Tooru’s life for the better. Before meeting Yaeka, Tooru was all business and violent, but after meeting Yaeka, we learn that Tooru is a shy man that cares deeply about his family. On the other hand, Yaeka was a lonely girl whose parents were not always present. Meeting Tooru, Yaeka opened up to those around her and became a happier child. Although this is a heartwarming anime, there are melancholy scenes that pull at the heart strings. Making the characters more relatable and understandable. Furthermore, the character interaction’s is what drives the series. The soft color scheme and animation complement this slice of life. This is a great light, comedic anime to watch when you need a break after a long day. This is an anime that will definitely bring a smile to your face.
